Kundalini Awakening

Kundalini Kundalini Kundalini Awakening Kundalini

Sharing joy and tender caresses we explore sacred pleasure
The sweet xvarenah flows from my loins into your eager lips.
The lotus flower so sweet upon my tongue.

The fire serpent lies coiled sleeping….Kundalini.
Ever slowly we build the rhythm, in... out… in….. out….. in……. out……. Prana.
Ahhhhhh, ohhhhhhhhhhh, ahoooooooo, ohaaaaaaaaa,

Mystic Fire flows through us spinning, twisting, burning with power.

Papaw Foraging

Today I felt the spirit of the old squaw,
She hopped across the creek where I did.
Across the smooth stones polisher by the glacial ice and running waters.
Knowing that the papaws were ripe and falling from the trees.

She went across the creek and up the hill to the groves.
What I could learn from her. How did she prepare them?
Did she just pull the skin off and suck in the sweet gelatinous fruit like I did?
Did she save the seed and trade, plant them, are they medicinal?

But the most important question is how she saved the harvest.
For the cold days that always come when the Sun dips low in the South.
Oh what I could learn from these elders,
of harsh times and survival.

We all know this culture that has engulfed us in its raging flow,
is taking us to the unstoppable current, over the edge we go….
Stop, we must get the children to shore first.
I miss you Grand Father.

Broken

Oya you are looking straight down into my soul from above me.

I am in the center of your chaotic vortex.

Oya release my soul from the grip of your eye.

About me the World swirls and churns.

But no somehow I am in the calm of your storm.

Dash me against the rocks of my sorrow, release me.

You have sent the Moon to torment me and laugh at my tears.

You send visions of my Loved One into my dreams,

Her sweet face glowing in the pail morning light, Ahhhh NO.

I hear her sighs in the voice of your winds.

How could this be,

HOW COULD THIS BE SO…

Oya, Oya, Oya, Oya, Oya, Oya, Oyaaaaa

Bending Love Light

Bending Love Light

Eyecontact...... SNAP
Affirmation of Love not forgotten
Attractions swirling, spinning around the Female - Male bipole
forming the Quantum Tantra Portal
Time slows and speeds, looping, repeating reshuffling fate
Our eyes gaze through the mist of Love Light
We spin around and around swirling, dancing, singing, laughing, loving
We perceive the essence of Loves Spirit in the each others bright power.
We see the dark thoughts fall and wither on the stone path,
blown away by the West wind.

Lord of the Dragonflies

I live with the birds in the sweet trees.
I am friends with the Queen of the bees.
Some would say that I’m a strange fellow,
You will know me today by the color Yellow

I dance and frolic in the forest,
Swim in the quiet pool in the creek.
Stare the dark storm square in the eye.
And when the Moon shines bright, I fly.

Stag Moon Awakening

I come to a fallen tree across my path. It is too thick to climb over.
The rock bluff on the right is too steep to use.
I must enter the forest on the Left side to continue my journey.
I slowly make my way through the bramble and thicket, tearing my flesh and my cloak.
The mighty Stag stands before me. billowing out his greeting.
He lifts is head and pawns the ground with his hoof.
In my mind I can hear him say,
“Follow me my brother, I will show you the Way of the Old Path.”
I follow.

Fairies in the Grove

I have set my cat spirit to guard the grove,
I must ban the fairies from my psychic home.
Till my heart heals the reminder brings tears.
When I saw their glowing spirits sadness endures.

So now I seek the well of the Goddess to heal my soul
Pure water and movement and laughter will clear the wound
On the spring night when the May moon rises,
The bamboo will sprout and leaves will turn green

That is the night the fairies will dance
And the cat will go back to his cave.
Come to the grove and dance and share laughter,
On the full moon in the month of May.

Metaphor of the Squash Patch

Squash Blossoms, let’s go for a walk there’s something I want you to see. Come with me down this path. It twists and turns past tall trees and fields of wildflowers, yellows and purple abound. Up ahead we see a split rail fence overgrown with vines. As we approach we see there, a familiar vine, squash. We pass through the threshold stone and are in the Squash Patch. What a lovely spot. The vines and there companions, corn and beans are everywhere. The huge yellow squash blossoms are open to the morning Sun. We come to the center of the garden and see the biggest plant covered with ripening fruit and blossoms. Worker bees buzz about busy going from flower to flower, doing their work of combining the male and female essence to produce new life. We feel a peace and contentment. We feel Love. The Spark of Creation is strong here in the Squash Patch. This is how it should be. A community in balance, filled with beauty, harmony and love.

The Squash Blossom Food Coop can be such a community. Food is the foundation of community. Human activities and family life revolve around food. But we all sense there is something wrong in our communities. We are not in balance like the Squash patch. Large portions of our community can’t get healthy, pure food. The grocery stores are boarded up. We have a term for this, a food desert. A community can’t thrive in a desert. It needs a garden. The people in these communities can go to the convince store and get salty, sugared up snacks. Poor health, poverty and neglect are everywhere. Those of us who live outside the urban core can go shopping in a modern grocery store. But even these are virtual deserts filled with cardboard, plastic and carbonation. There fattening us up on corn syrup, it’s in virtually everything. The produce is filled with pesticides. The meat and dairy is produced in a horrendous inhumane manner. We never know what price we will pay there constantly going up and down. This week meat is on sale. But canned goods are higher. Next week meat is high and canned goods are low. Something odd is going on. But you say our food is the cheapest in the world. The true cost of food is hidden from our eyes. Our cheap food system is an elusion, a fantasy world. Big Agg is in control. It’s been estimated we get 4% of our food locally. The rest comes from far away with a tremendous moral cost in unjust exploitation of the environment and workers in foreign lands and the fields of California and Florida. America’s cheap food policies hide the dirty truth.

  • Exploitation of natives workers to get cheap produce in January
  • Poisoning the environment with pesticides, petrochemicals and runoff.
  • Animal cruelty, dishonoring the animals that will give their lives so we might live
  • Loss of America’s backbone, the family farm.

What can we do? We can come together as a community to control our own destiny and build a just, sustainable Local food system. We have started. The Squash Blossom is such a community. The Squash Blossom Cooperative is building a local food ordering and distribution system to be a tool for a secure, just, locally controlled food system for its members. We will give customer members access to local producers and keep our food dollar in the local economy. We will lower our carbon footprint and pay the true cost of our food Local producer will gain access to a local market where they can let the coop do the selling and concentrate on production. Smaller producers benefit by aggregating production to meet institutional needs. The coop would be a virtual food store. Producer member will list there items on a product webpage. Customer member will browse the Coop Store online and place an order. The Coop then compiles the orders and arranged for delivery. Customer could have the option to pick up at a drop off site or possibly have home delivery. The coop would collect from the customer and pay the producer. Ultimately we will open small Coop stores in our neighborhoods, stocked with the essential healthy foods we need for our families to thrive. Forget the cardboard and plastic. Bring your canisters and jars fill them with food for living. Using coop principals we can:

  • Own a piece of food security
  • Buy Local First
  • Combine our buying power
  • Tread with the lightest ecological footprint possible
  • Give local producers a market.
  • Transact business in a fair, just manner
  • Provide the best possible quality at the lowest possible price
  • A business owned by and for the benefit of members
  • Be a positive force in our communities
  • Grow green jobs

This is my vision, my values. Were not about convenience were about justice, community and health. If these are your values I ask you to join our community, our Cooperative, the Squash Blossom Food Coop for the sake of our children's children.

The Seven Circles of Her Love

In the Seventh Circle of Her Love Lay the Seven sphere of Radiance.
Shining, glowing, spinning,
calling forth Your Love.
The power of love's healing, revealing blinding sweetness.

In the Sixth Circle of Her Love
Destiny’s power cannot be denied.
Star charted paths appear
The path we choose leads to that which is ours.

The Fifth Circle where Love reveals the past.
Life’s stories cast shadows on our souls. We feel the pain.
We are alive.
We heal when Moon and Sun shine together.

In the Fourth Circle my Heart beats bare upon the altar of the Sun.
Thunder bellows its sharp voice. I tremble.
I lay completely vulnerable.
I accept.

Three times this Circle was named for Her Love.
Moon, pale shining disk
Sun, radiant life giving power.
Stars guiding us to our place, home.

Across the Second Circle waifs the fragrance I remember you by.
Sweetest purple flowers swaying in the spring breeze.
Your soft voice singing my name,
And the butterfly rests here on its bold journey.

The Primary Circle of Her Love
Completion
Celebration
Gratitude

Night of the Sun and Moon

The hot breeze rustles the sheer curtain over the window.
I bend to kiss the glowing symbol on the small of your back
I brush my lips ever so gently over the spot
In the moonlight we lie
Electric sparks throwing many colors into the sky
Oh I worship at the altar between your thighs.
The altar of Her Love

Holy one, I offer this love to heal the wounds of past loves hurt.
I will not say that word but you will know,
When you see my smile, laughing and showing you I care.
I will burn you with my fire and heal you with my L…
We will arise from the ashes intertwined as One

Waxing Moon Dream

Waxing Moon Dream

When the moon shown bright
my monsters came out
dancing around the campfire light.

When the Moon shown bright
you were dancing in the flames
revealing your inner light

When the moon shown bright
the mountain looked down at me
kneeling besides the campfire bright

When the moon shown bright
the dipper pored spirit water
as it sailed across the night

When the moon shown bright
were you thinking of me
on that long lonely night ?

When the moon shown bright
you came to me bringing healing
And joy to my life.

Prayer to Bridget at the Well Spring of my Soul

Oh One bless my tasks today as I prepare to battle as your champion against the trickster
He who defiles the mind of humanity
breaking the back of the Law of Love
Tempting us with babbles and illusion
Driving us from our place in your guard den.

Please send me a helpmate
She who will comfort my weary soul
She who will bring joy, even if but for a moment
She who is the flower of our love, radiant in the morning light
She who will complete my nature as you have ordained
She who offers me the cup of your radiant healing waters.

Shakti Brings a Gift

Shakti Brings a Gift

One steamy night as the Squash Father lie tossing and moaning in a fitfull dream, Gaia in her aspect as Shakti, came into his hut. Before her she carried a golden tray with a bronze vessel glowing with radiant life. All was silent but the surf, pounding like heartbeats on the beach below. Up the steep rise of the volcano to the stone and thatch hut came the West wind. Awaken, awaken farmer for your consort has a gift for you” the zephyr intoned, its billowing voice shaking the dwelling.
At once he came into full consciousness with the knowing of the love present before him. The Old Father saw her smile, her wide sparkling eyes calling to him. “Come with me to the garden Shiva one.” He came swiftly to her side and held the door open. She went forth through the opening in the stone wall that bounded his mystical garden. As they walked over the threshold stone all the life in the garden spoke their greeting to the visitors. All around them he could sense the potential for life. She turned to him and held forth the tray. “This gift I give you so that your garden will bear fruit to feed the people”. His callused and weathered hands closed upon the gift. He could feel a vibration within that sent a tingling up his arms and into his heart. The feeling was like nothing he had experienced before. Such energy such purpose. He removed the lid and a swarm of golden insects streamed forth into the air. The garden was filled with a loud buzzing as the gift formed a golden constantly shifting floating ball, a hyron. “I have brought you bees from my garden. They will complete the union of male to female so that you garden might experience an increase of abundant life.” As he watched in awe Melissa, queen of the hive found a crack in a locust tree and guided the swarm into their new home.
Standing on a slight rise in the clover near the tree Shakti called the Squash Father to her. “Come lay by my side my love” she sang to him. And as they lay in bliss the bees entered the waiting flowers completing the union that brought forth new life.

And the People of the Garden came and marveled at the wonderful food that the old farmer grew. And no one in the community suffered from the prangs of hunger that winter.
